	Found in the heart of Holmfirth, The Picturedrome shows latest movie releases and specialise in contemporary films. You can also enjoy an alcoholic beverage as you watch your film. The Picturedrome also features regular live music events, and show all major footballs finals from itv and the bbc.

	Huddersfield's nine screen multiplex cinema is located next door to the Galpharm Stadium and shows all the latest releases. The Odeon offer student, under 15 and senior concessions. Formely the UCI, the Odeon has plenty of free parking and a bus service running atleast twice an hour. The cinema complex includes a Pizza Hut (with collection service) and pub, and is next door to the Galpharm Stadium and Leisure complex.

Local Landmarks:
	Castle Hill and Victoria Tower	Off Lumb Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield, HD4 6TA
	Castle Hill stands over 900 feet above sea level and houses one of Huddersfields most noticable landmarks: Victoria Tower. The tower officially opened in 1899 and is still open to the public on certain days of the year. Castle Hill is worth a visit, particularly on a clear day when the Huddersfield skyline can be seen for miles. 	Located near the Kingsgate shopping centre and the University, the theatre offers comedy, dance, drama and music at affordable prices. 	Greenhead Park is Huddersfield's main park. As well as being ideal for picnics, sporting activities and quiet walks, the park plays host to an array of activities throughout the year. These activities include a fireworks night, the Huddersfield Carnival, the Huddersfield Flower Show and the Kirklees Vehicle Rally. Facilities include 5-aside football, band stand, basketball and tennis courts, bowling greens, cafe, childrens playground, donkey rides, minature railway, ornamental gardens, paddling pool, public toilets and skate park. 	Huddersfield Town Centre
	Huddersfield's constantly evolving town centre is host to many of the major chain stores, including Argos, Boots, Dorothy Perkins, Jessops, Marks and Spencers, Partners, Primark, Topshop, Waterstones, WH Smiths, Wilkinsons and Woolworths. The modern Kingsgate Shopping Centre houses over 30 more household names including department store Beatties, Burtons, HMV, Next and TX Maxx.
